Main exhibits

Clutch for seat lifter

A compact clutch combining a lock type torque diode and swing type torque diode. Allows seat height to be adjusted to non-step with minimal lever work.

 


High Performance Lightweight Hub Joint (Press Connect Spline Hub Joint"PCS™-H/J")

Hub joint that uses a proprietary pressed connect method for a lightweight design and no backlash in spline joints. The bolt connection structure between the CVJ and 3rd generation hub bearing makes assembly possible on the vehicle production line.

 


High-load resin pulley

The industry's highest load resistance at more than double that of conventional resin pulleys, achieved with the use of high-rigidity resin, optimizing the creep prevention groove on the outer ring outer diameter surface, and high-rigidity design for the outer ring seal groove and seal. The pulley can directly replace steel pulleys, with weight reduced to approximately a third.

 


Low Torque Sealed Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Reduces rotational torque by 50% compared to conventional products. Suitable for applications such as EV motors and accessory drive motors. The use of a low torque retainer helps to reduce stirring resistance, while a low torque grease with low-viscosity and excellent heat resistance has also been used.

 


Deep Groove Ball Bearing for High Thrust Loads

With a more optimized internal structure, this deep groove ball bearing increases high-thrust load resistance by three-times that of standard items. Replacing tapered roller bearings with these bearings delivers lower torque, while also eliminating the need for pre-compression control required of tapered roller bearings or angular contact ball bearings.

 


Electromechanical Brake System with Parking Brake

A braking system that operates the brake pads with an electric motor and separate linear drive mechanism for finer and safer brake control. Regenerative braking coordinated control helps to improve electrical efficiency of EV and HEV. The addition of a parking brake function further increases convenience.
